February 10, 2025 – We had an incredible time connecting with our educators, hearing their ideas, and working together to create a stronger support system for teachers in DeSoto County. 
Through engaging conversations, we explored ways to [Retain, Inspire, Support, and Empower] our educators—because when teachers thrive, students succeed! 
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and shared their thoughts. Your voices are shaping the future of RISE! DeSoto! We can’t wait to put these ideas into action and make DeSoto a place where teachers feel valued and supported!
Also a BIG THANK YOU to Three Trees Brewing Co for welcoming us in for our first-ever RISE! DeSoto event! Your relaxed atmosphere was exactly the vibe we were going for, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to kick off this initiative!
